Associate Director, Human Resources (HK & China) recruitment
A leading Private Equity with strong presence in the region is looking for a seasoned HR professional to join their team as Associate Director, Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of HR, manage the recruitment, account servicing, compensation and benefits, payroll and employee engagement function
- Lead and support regional HR alignment / harmonization projects regarding policy, organizational structure, to name a few
- To act as the HR go-to person / business partner for senior executives
- Act as the deputy of the Head of HR
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- 10+ years of regional HR experience gained with reputable financial institutions (ideally covering China market in a client-facing relationship management role)
- Mature and with the ability to communicate and advise top management
- Excellent people management and communications skills
- Honest with strong sense of integrity
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
