Associate (need 1st/ 2nd year associate level) – Tier One Private Equity Firm recruitment
Our client is one of the big name private equity funds, who are now looking to add an Associate to their European private equity group. This fund has taken investments in a number of major companies, and has a major name in big ticket mid - senior level buyouts. Its a great firm.
The role will work on the execution of deals for the fund, and involve deal structuring, valuations, financial modelling, execution. The fund works across all sectors - they are really busy, cash rich and working on a large number of deals
Candidates will work for the major investment banks in mergers and acquisitions or leveraged finance and have an excellent deal sheet. You will have been involved in a number of acquisitions and buy side projects, and have outstanding financial modelling skills. You will be in your 1st or 2nd year at the moment and currently employed. This will also include those being promoted this summer. Your experience must include 3 complete years in deal execution. Potentially, we will consider an outstanding chartered accountant from a major firm if trained in corporate finance or restructuring.
