You will provide business and marketing support for the Regional Account Managers (RAMs).  You will prepare briefing memos and help with preparing pitch books.  You are responsible for gathering all relevant data from internal and external sources to develop pitching documents (industry data, financial elements, etc.).  You will assist in preparing term sheets and other documentation for external counterparties and administrative matters, such as KYC/ onboarding of clients/ sending documents (account opening docs) to clients, and managing the referral accounts.  You will prepare and send the documentation to legal for review and help clean up the document following discussion before sending it to the Client.

You will help to obtain financial statements for RAM accounts and send queries to Client for renewal of files and coordinate with the region on the renewal of the group files.  You will assist the Regional Account Managers/ Analyst on exceptional approvals and auto extension of Bankers Guarantees and proactively monitor with the RAMs, anticipate and broadcast risk deterioration across portfolio and undertake regular risk reviews, and ensuring annual reviews are done in due time.

By working closely with the Regional Account Managers team to coordinate and drive mobilization of the business line resources, and ensuring seamless execution for the client, you will closely partner with the Client Services Desk to support smooth and efficient client onboarding of RAM accounts.
