Associate,HR Business Partner – Leading Financial Services firm recruitment

Our client is a leading Financial Services firm, experts in the realm of risk management, providing unique tools and best practices for measuring managing risk for capital markets and risk management professionals globally. They are currently looking to recruit for a HR Business Partner to support the Singapore office across all lines of business.

As a HR Business partner, you will be developing and maintaining effective relationships with the businesses and all other stakeholders, both internal and external. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing operational support and guidance on organizational change management, employee relations, performance management, employee management and succession planning

- Develop HR solutions to meet business needs and requirements

- Contribute to the rollout of HR projects and initiatives as required

- Support managers in the effective management of their people, providing advice and guidance on HR processes, best practices and handling sensitive situations

This is an individual contributor position, providing excellent breadth of exposure and an opportunity to make an impact.

The successful candidate should be degree qualified, possessing 4 - 6years of HR Generalist experience. You should have demonstrable ability to influence and manage stakeholders, good multi-tasking and time management skills. In addition, you are able to work independently within a multi-cultural environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
