As a Stakeholder and Service Delivery Manager (AVP) you will act as a key member of the management team within our London Credit Operations business and will manage the day to day delivery of all operational aspects across this Global Operations platform. This is a dual focused role which offers a great opportunity for those that flourish in busy and motivated environments. Managing two teams, one of which is a newly created Trade Support Team there is ample opportunity for you to establish yourself and drive these teams forward. You will manage the Credit Operations team who deal with complex transactions, the creation of all documentation required for the bespoke lending proposition we offer and pro-actively manage the credit lifecycle of deals from a Credit Operations perspective. The Management of the Trade Support Team will focus on the Operations support of the Ultra High Value client base, provide trade support to the trading desk, initially focusing on Derivatives, including Over The Counter, (OTC) Exchanged Traded Option (ETO) and Interest Rate Derivative (IRD) swaps, which will grow and develop over time. In addition to these operational responsibilities the role holder will be a key contact to senior stakeholders within the business and will work towards ensuring the team continue with the successful delivery of business led objectives and client expectations. About you
Successful candidates will ideally come from an Investment Banking background with exposure to credit operations, they will hold a practical working knowledge of derivatives and trade support and be able to act as a high level escalation point for any business as usual queries. You will be confident in your ability to delivery strong stakeholder management and be able to interact at a senior management level, coupled with a proven track record in people management. You will be confident owning processes and making necessary recommendations and improvements inline with business objectives, have excellent attention to detail and work closely with risk colleagues when required. You will be career focused and ready to take on a new challenge that will allow you to develop your existing skill set and work with an evolving and progressive organisation. Opportunities to get involved in projects will be available within this role and with this in mind coupled with your excelled academic background experience of Prince2 would be advantageous.
