AVP – Talent Development APAC, Human Resources, Singapore recruitment

ROLE SUMMARY :

Facilitates the advancement of employee capability by partnering with Head APAC Shared Services (SHS) Institute, Talent Development (TD), and collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBP's)/HR Advisors (HRA's) and clients to design and implement LD and OD interventions that support the drive and delivery of business strategy

THE ROLE INVOLVES :

• Manage areas of the SHS- APAC Training portfolio including;
• Design, manage and execute of the global/regional Book of Work;
• Manage the Learning Administration System, the Financial Governance system and vendor relationships;
• Act as Program Manager and Advisor to key stakeholders in SHS APAC;
• Support in design and implementation of OD, Talent and onboarding initiatives, linked to business growth and culture change;
• Design and optimize Personal Effectiveness and Leadership programs where relevant in the Book of Work.

• Strong relationship management/consultancy skills and experience;
• Ability to add tangible value both as an individual contributor and as part of a regional/global team;
• Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, coupled with the ability to offer detailed, practical and pragmatic solutions;
• A proven track record in personally executing on and managing initiatives;
• High level of ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced global environment Experience with creating / implementing learning development and organizational development programs;
• Experience with human capital management, succession planning, performance management and/or organizational development activities preferred;
• An appropriate education to enable effective performance in a Talent Development process expert role.
