AVP / VP Talent & Development – Global Investment Bank recruitment
Our client is a prestigious Investment Bank. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development professional to be part of this global brand across the region.
Reporting to the Head of TD for Asia, you will assist with analyzing the training needs of specific businesses throughout the region so as to develop the appropriate training plans. You will roll out corporate programmes, design and develop regional / local ones and will be responsible for executing and coordinating a wide range of initiatives from performance management and leadership development to all soft skills, employee engagement and diversity related programmes. You will be required to liaise extensively with third party vendors, co-ordinate the dissemination of information to employees and carry out some delivery and facilitation work.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 6 years' experience within Learning and Development from best practice environments. You will possess detailed knowledge of training needs assessment, program development, facilitation, together with very strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential preferably you will have experience working within Investment Banking. Above all you must be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong team-player mentality.
