AVP/VP, First Level Analysis, Banks/NBFIs recruitment
Within the Corporate and Investment teams in Operations, Business Support (OBS), the First Level Analysis of Financial Institutions and Public Sector is in charge of preparing and submitting credit applications to the Credit Committee. Financial risk analysis, rating proposal, writing credit applications and recommendations for the Credit Committee will be the main role.
Job Descriptions:
- Propose rating
- Participate in Due Diligence meetings for NBFIs
- Ensure the relationship with the fronts to anticipate requests and help them to guide the risk-taking, help in editing and writing mitigants, i.e. seek to minimize risk while having the business sense
- Regular updating of files and active monitoring on the evolution of risk research to anticipate the evolution of risks
- Ensure the smooth operation of the workflow and the booking
Requirements:
- Good general knowledge on economic and financial data
- Good knowledge of technical financial, regulatory accounting and risk management
- Good knowledge of complex market transactions, scenario and risk assessment models and measurements of parameters of products
- Knowledge of counterparty risks, market, reputational, legal and operational risks
- Basic legal knowledge, in particular contracts of market transactions
- Rigorous, methodical, analytical mind, synthetic writing skills, showing reactivity with an excellent self-control
- Taste of teamwork, interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NBFI industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management in financial industry
- Good command of written and spoken English
- French will be a plus for the position
