Bank Cashiers
I have been retained by a leading Bank for a number of cashiers to work in branches throughout Northern Ireland on a 6 month contract.
The focus of the role is accuracy, Teller + Off Counter will route customer queries to Customer Service is maintained
The role of the Teller (sterling + FX) and off counter is efficiently and accurately to complete transactions on behalf of customers in both the front and off-counter areas.
The front and off-counter staff will work very closely and a teller on the off-counter will switch to the front counter as and when required.
As part of the Transaction Processing Team the teller will ensure cash security and will ensure that ATMs are fully operational.
While this is a team role, depending on counter activity and staff availability the teller may be working solely on cash activities.
Essential Qualifications.
7 GCSE's grade A-C , 2 must be Maths English (NVQs etc will also be considered)
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Good Communication
Ability to work as a team or under own initiative
