Big 4, IT Project Management Opportunity (Europe based)
The role is based in main land Western Europe.
Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager with 3 to 5 years experience. It would be advantageous if you were proficient in the German language as well and enjoyed working in an international team environment. This role presents a great challenge with good remuneration; the team plan and develop greenfield (new) IT systems IT infrastructure and integrate them into existing consultancy operations.
Your responsibility:
- Technical management of IT projects and project studies (proof of concept) according to Project Management Guidelines
- Achievement of tangible, time, quality and cost objectives under the project leadership
- Personnel and material resources planning for achieving the project charter
- Reporting and risk management
- Management of internal and external project resources
- Ensuring communication to stakeholders and preparation of project documents
- Work closely with the Business Project managers and team leaders and team with several employees of the Department IT Services
- Cooperation with their counterparts in other countries and external IT service providers / manufacturers
Our requirements:
- Completed computer science education with computer training for FH / HF Wirtschaftsinformatiker
- Training for Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and dealing with changing priorities
- Team player with the ability to deliver high quality results even under time pressure
