Billing Analyst / Financial Analyst

Volt is looking for a Billing and Financial Analyst for our Redmond, WA Client. This position is focused primarily on project-level invoicing and billing while reflecting Finance Policy for revenue recognition and accounting adjustments in the financial statements.

Inherent in this role is supporting the monthly financial close process, monitoring and driving resolution of customer receivables, performing account reconciliations and resolving aged items, maintaining clear and straight-forward audit trails, and assisting with project research as required.

This is an estimated 4 month Contingent/Temporary position in Tacoma, WA and offered through Volt Workforce Solutions also located in Tukwila, Washington. Requirements:

Billing Analyst / Financial Analyst Qualifications:
This position requires a detail-oriented person with the understanding of various types of projects (TM, fixed, per incident, etc.) and the ability to invoice accurately and timely within the parameters and terms of the underlying project contracts. In order to be successful in this role, a person must be able to manage multiple billing calendars, project types, various currencies conversions and remittance cycles during the same accounting period while being flexible enough to support adhoc analysis and reporting as required.
