You will be responsible for:
The Business Improvement Strategy Division works with all operating groups across the Firm (including front office and support areas) to navigate complex business issues and help facilitate change.
The Division has a team of experienced management consultants providing services specifically tailored to the requirements of each business or service area. Services offered range from the provision of advice on broad strategic matters such as growth, organizational design and new product development, through to re-engineering operational processes and management of change programs.
EXPERIENCE CAPABILITIES
Required experience: management consulting skills and experience working on consulting engagements in the areas of strategic development, revenue enhancement, operational efficiency and organization design; experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
STAFF SUPERVISED
Occasional management of client staff assigned to projects.
CLIENT CONTACT/ RELATIONSHIPS (internal external)
This person will be required to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients of varying levels.

- A background in Financial Services is preferred
- Experience working in a project environment is essential
- Demonstrates good commercial acumen and delivery of practical outcomes

Technical Specialist Skills
- This role requires at least 3 years experience in a management consulting environment, in which the following consulting skills have been well developed:
- Strategy development
- Quantitative analysis and financial modeling
- Hypothesis based issue analysis
- Use of strategic frameworks
- Project planning management
- Proven ability in problem solving
Planning Organizing
- Demonstrates a logical and structured approach to tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong client service orientation
QUALIFICATIONS BACKGROUND
- Undergraduate degree (ideally in Finance or Business but most importantly, solid academic results)
- MBA preferable
- Approximately 5 years work experience, including at least 3 years at a top management consulting firm
- Positive outlook
- Self-confident
- Eager to learn new skills
- Self-motivated and self-managing
- Effective communicator
