Business Analyst- Operations/ Regulatory Control/ Transaction Reporting/ MiFID/ Legal Entity/ - Investment Banking
My client, a leading investment bank is looking to hire a Business Analyst with strong experience of transaction reporting, regulatory control, operations, MiFID, Legal entities and broad understanding of investment banking products. Within this key role, you will be responsible for writing functional specifications for the design and working closely with the technology, back office, operations, compliance and legal group to ensure technical solution meets requirements and functional solution.
To be considered for this role, you must have;
- Proven track record of Business Analysis within Investment Banking
- Strong understanding of front to back data flows
- Broad understanding of products (ideally, Fixed Income/ Bonds/ Equities/ Derivatives)
- Strong understanding of transaction reporting, transaction flow, regulatory control and data analysis
- Good experience of facing off to FSA
- Excellent communication and analysis skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
