Job Description:
The Technical Analyst positions requires a highly motivated individual who is able to stay focused in a busy environment to cover the end to end process of requirement gathering through to solution design. This is to deliver the reporting requirements within Performance and Client Reporting Project (PaCR) as well as supporting the business. This position requires a skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst. A general knowledge of client reporting as well as an understanding of the Asset Management business is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive requirement gathering and performing gap analysis
- Perform business analysis to design solutions to meet business “reporting” needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work closely with technology partners to develop specifications and detailed test plans for enhancements to reporting.
Skills Required
The core competencies of this role are:
- Excellent soft skills, with ability to translate between technical and business concerns.
- Performance or Client reporting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of the B-One platform.
- Strong MS skills required.
- Ability to map and understand complex workflows/processes.
- Technical data mapping and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent strengths in time management and organization skills with an aptitude towards creative problem solving.
- Technologically inclined.
