- Branch Business Banking (West Region)
The HR Business Partner is responsible for acting as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Branch Sales Channel of Business Banking to facilitate the achievement of the business goals. The role has specific ownership of the West region of the US. The position will report to the Sr HR Business Partner Manager for Business Banking.
The selected candidate will work closely with the business managers across 23 states to align the HR strategies to the business priorities.
He/she will also partner with other HR service delivery channels within the firm to ensure superior Human Resources support is provided to the client group.
Key Priorities:
Establish and lead progress against Human Resources priorities for the business, with a strong focus on coaching, talent management, and employee development and employee engagement.Provide consulting and guidance to the Leadership teams on issues related to their people resources, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, organizational design and diversity.Partner with Staffing to develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies and sourcing pipelines, to identify and attract a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates and work with business management team to identify internal mobility plan.Partner with business to drive the development and leadership agenda across the business.
Oversee compensation programs to apply the right strategy that attracts and rewards employees based on business goals and employee performance.Leverage HR partners in RFS HR Business Support Team, Employee Relations, Legal, HR Service Delivery, EAP, Disability Management, AccessHR, etc. to address employee and environmental issues.Analyze people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement.
Ensure appropriate controls are in place and managed effectively for all critical HR processes.Establish and measure key people metrics that are aligned with business goalsPartner with Diversity Advisory Group to build diversity agenda for each functional area within the business

Qualifications
Requirements:Experienced HR leader, with 5-10 years demonstrated performance and ability to provide HR consultation to executives and employees on HR issues including Employee Relations, Staffing, Diversity, Environment, Talent, Compensation, HR policies and Performance Talent Management.
Experience with Fortune 500 company and highly recognized branded organizations strongly preferred.
Must have proven ability to link HR strategy to business goals.
Previous HR leadership and HR management experience requiredExceptional judgment, demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult issues.
Ability to leverage data to formulate strategy and drive business results.Ability to lead others through change utilizing transparent communication strategies.Proven track record in addressing employee relations issues.
Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable experience required.Ability to travel 25%-3% o the time for key meetings/workshops
