Business Change Project Manager recruitment
Our client, a market-leading brand in the Wealth Management sector, is currently looking for a business change project manager to join their Propositions Implementation (PI) team. The PI team works alongside the Proposition Development team and is responsible for delivering change initiatives that directly impact the products and services the organisation takes to market.
The incoming project manager will join a team of twenty and have responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of change projects in areas such as – new product implementation, client on-boarding, customer segmentation, new investment platforms, online/digital/mobile CRM and regulatory change.
Successful candidates will needs to demonstrate full life-cycle project management experience using structured methodologies and appropriate governance. The role will require excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate with demanding front office individuals. Prior experience of the wealth management or private banking sector would be welcomed but is by no means essential.
