Business development director recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building and development – technical support and maintenance of informational systems business including CRM-systems (based on Oracle Siebel CRM and SAP CRM), ERP-systems (based on SAP ERP) and DM-systems (based on EMC Documentum): 

• Creating and developing of business-models, preparation of its realization;

• Sales organization, pricing of service contracts, preparation of marketing and presentational materials, promotion on the Russian market of IT-services (publishing in mass media, participation in thematic events etc.)

• Engineering and building of services of business-processes and infrastructure, maintenance of the system of registration and guests service, approval of regulatory documents and standards;

• Development of partnership with software distributors (SAP, Oracle, EMC etc.) and other partners in order to provide scope and variety of IT-services; 

• Sales of service contracts to clients in different spheres of industry

REQUIREMENTS

• Age: no more than 45;

• 2+ years of experience in sales (in the area of IT-consulting);

• Skills of economic calculations;

• Experience of negotiations, business correspondence, workshops and performances;

• Acumen, educability, creativity, commerce logic;

• Pleasant appearance, communication manner, diplomacy;

• Communication skills, analytical skills, observance, responsibility, focus on achieving goals.
