Business Development Manager
Our client is a leading financier with national coverage, innovative products and services and a highly regarded brand. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a high calibre sales professional to join a dynamic team that provides finance for motor and recreational assets.
Working closely with the State Manager, you will have carriage over more complex motor dealerships and act as an escalation point for credit decisions and other issues that arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and deepening relationships with motor dealers, direct customers and corporate clients to generate new business
- Input and execution of customer strategies including market analysis
- Provide customer training and customer portfolio analysis
- Build strong working relationships with Credit, Operations and Sales Support
To be successful in this role, you will possess proven sales experience in financial services, ideally gained within asset/automotive finance. In depth knowledge of the finance sector, outstanding relationship skills, strong industry networks and the ability to manage complex clients will be critical to your success.
