ANZ's Small Business Banking area is a highly successful and dynamic business providing a full range of banking solutions to customers throughout Australia. We are one of the fastest growing areas within ANZ and seek a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) specialist to join our successful team based in Bunbury.
You will generate new small business clients, foster business relationships and identify cross sell opportunities through developing a strong local referral network. Although you work autonomously, an essential element to your success is the ability to develop strong internal alliances within the branch network. You share product knowledge and coach colleagues to better identify potential new small business opportunities.
You have a demonstrated sales background with some understanding of business lending and a focus on providing clients with exceptional service. Ideally your experience is in a banking and finance role, although exposure to other B2B sales would also be highly regarded as would experience running your own business. Central to the role is the desire to proactively source new business and market ANZ to the local small business client base.
