Business development manager
Our client a Global Bank, is targeting growth in their business banking division by introducing ground breaking solutions to help organisations run more effectively.
In this role, you will be supporting the front line relationship managers by providing them first class training on how to utilise the solutions that are available for their clients.
In the role you will be training business managers locally throughout London and introducing to them the different solutions that are available. From the training you give the relationship managers will they be able to offer a first class service to their business clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have outstanding stakeholder management skills and be willing to take personal responsibility of handling issues. The role also entails someone who is a good communicator and the ability to make effective communications.
The successful trainer will come from a business banking background and will understand the needs and dynamics of a small business owner.
The person does not need to have had training experience but has to be comfortable with technology and awareness of banks strategy towards the local business arena.
