Business Development Manager, Commercial Banking (West London) recruitment
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver the Bank brand and business model in the local area across the Commercial Banking market. You will achieve this through business development activities including; organizing networking events, being involved in local business community groups and promoting the Bank in the local market
- Working with internal peers to deliver business development events each quarter.
- Work with the Commercial Banking Team to draw up credit applications and present cases to credit.
- Provide leadership with issues, conflict resolution, process improvement development and communication.
- Build exceptional working relationships with the internal stakeholders including internal networking across Retail, Commercial and Private Banking as well as jointly owning the Deposit and Lending pipeline.
- Constantly thinking strategically on how to continue to grow the business successfully against target.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of the Commercial Banking industry having worked with Lending cases in excess of £1m
- Business generation/networking and local marketing experience within the West London area.
- Knowledge of bank product lines and services.
- Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills with all – internal and external Customers.
