Business Development Manager – Employee Benefits – Salary Sacrifice recruitment
It is a tax effective product which allows an employee to run a vehicle through their pre-tax salary
The company is looking for an individual who would run this new area of the business. They would be responsible for;
- Bringing new customers/employers on board. They would need to have existing customer relationships they can bring to the table to facilitate this. The relationships would be at HR Director and/or FD levels to facilitate a warm introduction with the FTSE 100 / 250 Companies or similar private employers.
- Implementing the programme into the employer to create inquiry from customer’s employees.
- Creating and running a team of account managers to service the customer’s employees thus creating the actual vehicle salary sacrifice sales.
Person / Experience Required
Experience of salary sacrifice and other aspects of flexible benefits is essential. Existing contacts at Finance Director or HR level is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales throughout the UK and so home location is immaterial.
