Lunalogic UK was set up in 2010 and we are looking to strengthen the activity in 2012 with Investment Banks, Asset managers, Hedge Funds and commodities firms.

The role

Reporting to the Managing Director of Lunalogic, the Business Manager will be in charge of developing his own Business Unit and will be responsible for its results and evolution.

The Business Manger will manage the client’s relationships with a set of accounts with an objective to reaching the assigned revenue and profitability targets. The Business Manager is expected to spend a significant amount of time building and developing relationships with Financial Institutions using their network of contacts in the industry. The Business Manager will ultimately be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction for services sold.

The responsibilities

                Business Management and Development

-  Develop the Lunalogic UK business in London for the targeted accounts

-  Follow your clients on their international projects in UK, US and Asia

-  Develop relationship with top management of financial institutions to provide financial advisory focusing on bespoke services

-   Develop 2 Business lines in Lunalogic UK:

o   Consulting

o   Recruitment

-  Qualification and analysis of clients’ needs and commercial proposals on our expertises: Quantitative Techniques, Risk Management, and Information Technology

-  Develop a complete and specialized consulting service positioned on “Risk and Quantitative techniques”

-  Working with top management of financial institution in London, Paris, Hong Kong and New York (Front and Middle Office; Quantitative department; Risk Management...)

-  Establish and maintain customer relationships leading to business operations

-  Define customer action plan and establish monthly and quarterly objectives and reviews

-  Understand and participate with Lunalogic UK strategy and values

-  Work closely with Lunalogic Paris office in the strategy definition of the Group

                Management

-   Management of the UK team (consultants, sales assistant and Human Resources Manager)

                Human Resources Management

-  Sourcing profiles for your Consulting and Permanent needs in collaboration with the HR Officers in London and Paris, including interviews, assessments and salary negotiations

-  Conduct appraisals and career development plans

-  Provide leadership, inspiration and motivation to a growing team

Profile

-  Master degree in Business or Engineering

-  5+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, in Sales and Business development role

-  Experience in Market Finance, good understanding of Financial Institutions

-  Experience in Sales strategy, prospection and finalization of deals

-  Management experience

-  Relevant professional network within the financial industry in London. Network on others financial places will be appreciated

-  Fluent in English, both spoken and written.  French knowledge would be appreciated
