Business Development Manager recruitment
Currently experiencing significant growth, an unparalleled opportunity has been created for a Business Development Manager to identify properties for management and acquisition, develop market feasibility studies and gather market information and intelligence. You will also be responsible for research and analysis, preparation and submission of proposals or tenders, negotiation of management contracts and due diligence of acquisition targets.
You have at about 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate. You are degree qualified in Economics, Real Estate, Business or Finance. You are someone who is analytical, resourceful and inquisitive. You have business acumen and posses first class communication. You will be exposed to regional markets in South East Asia and North Asia. As such, ability to speak mandarin is essential.
