Business Development Manager recruitment
The Business Development Manager is based in London and responsible for business development and client relationship management for the UK and Scandinavian markets. This includes increasing Atlantis’ AUM through the winning of new clients and cross-selling to existing clients.
The ideal candidate must
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Atlantis investment products and current views of Fund Managers
- Develop new business opportunities in the UK and Scandinavia, including cold-calling prospective clients
- Lead meetings with clients and prospective clients, pitching Atlantis products and providing updates on Atlantis market views without a Fund Manager present
- Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Regular travel to Scandinavia
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- 3-5 years institutional business development experience for an equities manager covering clients in the UK and/or Scandinavia
- Highly investment literate with a strong knowledge of equities products
- Proven track record of closing new business deals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
Preferred:
• Experience with Asia ex-Japan equities
