Business Development Representative

A leading insurance firm are seeking a unique individual to provide a flow of new and renewal proposal forms to the business development team from existing business prospect databases. This will be achieved through direct telephone calls, identifying key decision makers and basic company information, and establishing a commitment from the prospect.

Key Accountabilities
· To maintain the database whilst ensuring accurate and up to date information is held
· Communicate with prospective customers by email and telephone
· Establish from prospects a renewal proposal form or a copy of their existing renewal information
· Follow specific campaign activity as and when required

Skills
· Efficient administration skills and understanding of MS Office system
· Self Motivated
· Excellent communication skills
· Achieving results

Experience
· Experience of working in a customer service environment desirable
