Responsibilities

Scope of Role

The candidate can be located, anywhere within the Citizens branch footprint (which includes the New England states, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Illinois and Ohio), working virtually from home with occasional access to a CFG office.

The Enterprise Data Initiative Program (EDI) which is led by the Enterprise Information Management unit (EIM) is seeking a Business Intelligence / Report Analyst for the Business Intelligence / Reporting team that is a part of the Transaction Workstream. This EDI program presents interesting and challenging opportunities for the appropriate candidate. The goal of the program is to build an enterprise data warehouse to allow for consistent MIS reports and analytics. The candidate will collaborate with many different areas within Citizens Financial Group, including business users. The Transaction Workstream area is comprised of three teams: Business Intelligence / Reporting, Data Sourcing and a Support Team (BAU).

The Business Intelligence / Reporting Analyst will be ensuring that necessary data and calculations are available in the data warehouse so that appropriate reporting is possible. The successful candidate will :

This candidate will work with members from other teams within EIM as well as members outside of EIM (such as Technology and Business). This is a dynamic environment and requires a candidate with strong organizational and communication skills as well as experience in the categories mentioned above.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
