Business Manager – COO Office (FX, Rates & Credit)
The Position:
You will serve as a strategic enabler for many aspects of the FX, Rates and Credit business and have specific responsibility for the following:
- Financial Planning in conjunction with the Product COOs
- Lead the implementation of regional strategies and infrastructure
- Oversea the regional cost base, with focus on headcount, logistics and control
- Identify, mitigate and resolve operational risks across, Product control, trade capture, operations and risk etc.
- Lead the investigation into incidents affecting the FX, Rates and Credit businesses
- Oversee Business Planning, New Business and Business Change initiatives
- Governance – Lead regulatory compliance related to FX, Rates Credit including being the POC for Audits
You:
- You will have experience of Business Planning
- You will have very strong FX and ideally Rates Credit product knowledge
- You will have knowledge of the Product control, Operations and the Control aspects of the business
- You will understand the importance of Governance in the Capital Markets context
- In addition you will have superb presentation skills and speak excellent English.
