Our client is a leading international bank with a strong business in Transaction Banking and Trade Finance. Due to expansion and new business tenders, they are looking to recruit an experienced, talented Business Planning Manager to support the business operation. This role directly supports and reports into the business line.
Directly reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking, you will be responsible for collating required business related reports and analysis (including headcount analysis, budget, forecast, cost revenue analysis, KPI scorecards, actual vs planned performance analysis, etc) to assist business to make critical decisions. As a Business Manager, you will coordinate and complete all designated projects and training sessions for Transaction Banking. This role will provide you with excellent business exposure while in the mean time utilise and further strength your business planning and analytical skills.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- At least 6 to 10 years relevant experience in transactional banking, trade finance, securities services, etc within sizeable international banks
- An internationally recognised CPA qualification is preferred
- In-depth knowledge in transaction banking is a must; previous product sales or product management experience from transaction banking is definite asset
- Attention to details; track record in analysing high volume of data
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; confident in dealing with front office
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
