Business Process Analyst
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Design robust and scalable end to end service processes (i.e. On boarding, Off boarding, Support Model)
- Organise and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to design changes to existing processes or define new processes
- Define and develop performance metrics aligned to critical success factors, and transferable to SLAs and OLAs
- Identify risks and issues associated with Operating Model
- Ensure quality of delivery through peer reviews and continuous improvement
- Work within delivery and quality frameworks
Key Skills Experience
- Experience of business process development/re-engineering, improvement and optimisation
- Experience in the development of modelling standards and knowledge of industry best practice
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to lead review sessions
- Experience of working closely with business process owners to design, build and document detailed operational processes and procedures.
- Clear understanding of business, functional, non-functional, system and process requirements
- High quality documentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to be able to engage with the business and draw out clarity from ambiguity, ensuring that the customer’s need is fully understood
- Knowledge of project and programme management
- Ability to work autonomously and with a strong sense of initiative and of ownership.
- Experience in working in time-pressured environments with excellent delivery record
- Clear understanding of target and service operating models
- Experience of the Card Payments industry is desirable
Paying up to £500 per day for a minimum of three months.
