Description
The job holder analyzes business and user needs to identify and develop technology solutions. S/he participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle and contributes to the design of software applications. Maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how the business unit conducts its business, the business's current technology and infrastructure and long-range business objectives. S/he counsels business users on how to effectively use business applications or systems, including productivity enhancements.

Qualifications
5+ years related experience in the investment industry. Working knowledge of PC/distributed applications including one or more of the following technologies: .Net, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, MS Access/Excel, Internet technologies. Working knowledge of standard design methodologies and principles.
Strong business and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
BA/BS in Business or related area.
Preferred candidate will possess experience using PACE and/or experience in supporting financial data warehouse, PL/SQL
