The developer will be responsible for working with a small but experienced development team of business analysts, testers and designer/programmers. ProModel develops products using cutting-edge technologies, including: C# leveraging RIA Services and Entity Framework as the business object layer (client- and server-side), with SQL Server 2008 R2 as the database. The product presentation layers use Silverlight 4.0 leveraging an MVVM-based architecture.

This is a small, cohesive team environment that values quality software and documentation in a timely fashion. Ability to program in a team environment is very important.
ProModel has multiple positions available ranging from entry to senior level, so please include experience level in your resume and cover letter.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Ability to demonstrate development work using Silverlight (XAML and C#) is highly desired.
- Technology skills in WCF RIA Services, .NET 4.0, SQL, and Entity Framework are a plus.
- Experience with project management principles and tools is also a plus: Microsoft Project or equivalent, PMBOK, etc.
- Experience with 3rd party development components highly desired. Including, but not limited to: Silverlight Toolkit, Telerik Silverlight controls, WCF RIA services, PlexityHide GTP.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SCRUM, Iterative, XP, or Agile development methodologies.
