Capital Markets Compliance Adviser needed at Global Banking Group Jobs London
The Compliance Adviser's responsibilities will include:
* Identifying areas of compliance risk and developing resolution plans
* Reviewing proposed, new and revised rules and regulations
* Draft and implement new policies and procedures
* Control room support with wall crossings and conflicts
* Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations
* Conduct training on regulatory matters for a broad range of business units
Key skills required:
* 5+ years Compliance experience
* At least 1 year experience in an advisory capacity in investment banking
* Excellent understanding of DCM product areas - Debt advisory, fixed income, loan markets and Financial Institutions DCM
* Excellent understanding of the regulations and legal regime governing these product areas
* Corporate and or investment banking experience essential
* Confidence amongst senior stakeholders
* Team player
Location: City of London
Salary: £80 - £90,000
