Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in the yearly salary increment and bonus analysis
- Review Short and Long Term Incentive
- Involve in Job Sizing Projects and ensure that this is consistent; review and configure salary structures
- Review and evaluate benefits and able to come up with creative solutions
- Vendor management and co-lead projects to ensure collaboration
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in CB
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess a positive and can-do attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team work and down-to-earth personality
