Channel Manager – Customer Products and Propositions recruitment

The role will require the successful candidate to be flexible with working hours, and willing to travel to the Channel Islands on a regular basis.

The role sits within the Channel Management team, who are responsible for ensuring that all new and existing propositions land effectively with the sales team. This is to ensure that all propositions are articulated correctly and achieve the business results expected.

This is a fast paced area of the business, with plans to grow rapidly. This offers the chance for the successful candidate to make a real difference.

Responsibilities of this role include

- Influencing incentive schemes
- Training material
- Developing sales processes
- Producing sales aids
- Creating internal communications 
- Acting as the voice of the front office in product and proposition developments.

Typical duties will include:
-Managing a number of initiatives across the Proposition team to engage front office colleagues on new developments or to increase sales or engagement with existing pieces
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across IW out with immediate environment
- Utilise relationships with SMEs to ensure Product Proposition enhancements are aligned and supported by the business operating model
- Influence the operating model to achieve the objectives of the team whilst bringing the front office along with you
- Use insights from front office to influence the agenda in the Propositions Business Development team
- Use business knowledge to innovate and lead pieces which will help achieve our business objectives.

This role is based in the City of London, but requires the successful candidate to be flexible with hours and travel.
