Prestigious global asset manager seeks an experienced regulatory analyst to monitor all regulatory, client and internal restrictions and investigate and resolve exceptions using Charles River compliance.
This is a key role with significant business impact and the ideal individual will demonstrate a strong control focus, excellent understanding of TCF principles and the wider regulatory environment and the ability to manage relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. There will be extensive liaison with the firm’s data management team, fund managers and client services area to ensure a consistent understanding of client mandates and restrictions. A high level of operational risk awareness is essential and will be complemented by an in-depth knowledge of CRD.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong compliance background, to include good knowledge of Charles River Compliance as a monitoring tool. Previous experience of working in asset management firm is strongly preferred and applicants will have a good understanding of the financial markets and a variety of investment products. A relevant professional qualification is desirable and advanced systems skills to include Access and Excel essential.
