Chief Operating Officer (UK COO) – Insurance recruitment
As a COO you will be working with the board of executives and will report into the CEO. This role will primarily hold responsibility over Claims department whilst overseeing other related areas and providing the Board with more operational effectiveness.
As the designate COO to this niche product provider who are going through numerous changes and a period of market growth you will be able to make your mark on this company and have recognisable impact on the future of this insurance based company.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge/experience of working within the insurance sector with a Financial Services background. You will also have detailed knowledge of running Claims Underwriting departments.
