As a Client Assistant – Private Banking your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Experience of working as a private banking assistant or within a private banking environment
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
As a Client Assistant – Private Banking your main responsibilities will involve:
- Preparing client payment requests in accordance with procedures, and liaising with our Operations department to ensure payments are made
- Processing client deposit requests; inputting them into our internal (GLOBUS) system
- Working with dealers to obtain rates and ensuring interest is added to client accounts
- Resolving general client enquiries regarding account related discrepancies, balancing activity and documentation, statement information and general product and service information, including research reports
- Researching and initiating corrections to transactions
- Prepare client and prospect presentations and pitches (using PowerPoint and Excel)
- Processing all related administration in respect of client investments, liaising with advisors and other parties (both internally and externally), fund subscriptions and following through with relevant payments
- Tracking commissions and fees
- Under direct supervision of senior advisors, trade-related client interaction is limited to the execution, processing and settlement of client trades – no investment advice may be given
