They provide unique personalised and integrated services and are recognised as being a substantial financial services provider. As a result of continued growth, they are seeking a talented Client Manager to join this dynamic and innovative global business.
As a Client Manager, your mandate will be to retain and grow new, and existing clients to achieve business goals and financial targets. Key Responsibilities will include:
• Develop sound understanding of client needs and delivering value through the product service offering
• Ensure the client portfolio is contacted and managed effectively
• Maintain exceptional relationships with other internal departments to maximise service quality
• Maintain a superior level of market knowledge to share and educate clients
• Win transactional and hedging deals
We envisage that the successful candidate will possess proven experience in financial markets and an understanding of FX coupled with sales, client service or relationship management experience. Exceptional sales and rapport building skills, superior interpersonal communications skills and high levels of energy and self initiative will be critical to your success.
