The Company
Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen to join a market leading equities/ fixed income specialist. They are now looking for a dynamic Client On-boarding associate to join their middle office team in Hong Kong.
The Role
The candidate is primarily responsible to perform client on-boarding functions for both equities and fixed income per diligence review in accordance with local regulations and firm wide policies. He/ she should have a great understanding from business the client structure and types of account required. The candidate will review client documents and ensure conformity with Know-your-client and Anti-Money-Laundering. He/ she is also responsible for administer scanning and filling of documentations, review control and compliance reports and granting approvals upon fulfillment of documentation requirements.
Your Profile
Ideally the candidate should have 5-7 years working experience in client on-boarding team. He/ she should be a quick learner and will be able to work under pressure. Basic understanding of KYC and AML standards. Strong verbal written communication skills.
