Client On-Boarding Specialist recruitment
Responsibilities
- Working with IB Sales representatives and clients to determine each new client’s needs and objectives.
- Configuration of client’s accounts and trading platforms to ensure their requirements are met.
- Training of new traders on IB trading platforms and tools.
- Responding to questions and concerns to ensure clients feel comfortable during the transition period.
- Coordination with other internal departments during the initial account opening and configuration stages.
Qualifications
- Education in Finance, Economics or Business Administratio
- Min 2 years of experience within the financial area, preferably in trading or brokerage services
- Fluent English, Beneficial: German, Spanish, French or Italia
- Market knowledge in futures, options, and the equities markets.
- IT Skills: MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
