Position Summary

The position of Client Relations Specialist, based out of our Orlando office, is primarily focused on assisting in the resolution of operational and client service issues encountered by the financial advisors, broker dealers and registered investment advisors distributing the firm’s products. This role will serve as a primary resource for a variety of shareholder issues seeking to resolve issues ranging from registration questions to supporting documentation requirements.  The specialist will also work closely with members of the sales team to provide comprehensive service to advisors, clearing firms and broker dealer partners.
