Due to rapid expansion, we are now seeking Front Office Consultant to be based in our Sydney office.
This role provides an opportunity to work with our clients in a hands-on delivery role, providing advice on the deployment of this internationally recognised solution.
Experience and skills required:
- At least 5 years experience in Australian financial markets and a strong understanding of instruments traded.
- Understanding of trading daily operations and workflows.
- Experience in derivative valuations, including knowledge of the Positions, Greeks, PL, MTM
- Familiarity with market data and construction of forward curves and volatility surfaces.
- Understanding of the nature of risks faced in the financial markets and have some knowledge of risk management methodology and reporting;
- A high level of numeracy, including skills in using analysis tools such as Excel
- An innovative and creative approach to problem solving; and
- Preparedness to share skills, information and knowledge with other team personnel.
