Full Job Description

The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Informing CRM`s of suitable products, producing quotations and placing cover; including cover holding.
- Balancing service excellence with productivity and profitability;
- Negotiating renewals considering available markets
- Responding promptly and efficiently to client CRM`s instructions requests and enquiries at all times
- Liaising with other offices-units when required.
- Producing quotations for mid-term adjustments - re-brokes and place cover for the client and cover holding as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records and producing relevant documentation.
- Being aware of Market trends and maintaining high levels of technical competence
- Handling complaints in accordance with the agreed complaints procedure including all complaints investigations.
- Present your findings to your Team Manager allowing enough time for a review and outcome.
- Provide first point of contact for insurers on delegated authorities, rating changes, wording changes or any other changes.
- Will include working with managing agents and external auditors.
- Liaise with associated organisations (for example, Lloyds) to ensure required procedural alterations.
- Working with Client Managers to resolve any issues within delegated authorities.
- Review and ensure all records are in order for any external regulatory visit.
