Personal Lines Team Manager

Full Job Description

- Managing a portfolio of existing and new clients, including new business quotations, Midterm Adjustments-Cancellations and Renewals.
- Preparing presentations to insurers
- Developing existing commercial accounts in line with business development
- Undertaking client-insurer visits as required
- Using insurance industry IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Keeping accurate client records and files at all times
- Identifying and matching our products with customer enquiries and the ability to identify market opportunities

Very strong HNW account handling experience and thorough knowledge of insurance products.

Management experience

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills

Qualifications: Cert CII - ACII

Conscientious, ability to self-motivate and encourage team members

Independent Insurance Broker

Up to £50k + benefits

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
