Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities for client services position but not limited to

- Daily Contact with Key clients regarding a wide range of queries and activities

- Act as the single point of escalation for all key clients with exceptional service

- Responsible to represent the firm in a professional manner

- Endeavour to resolve key client's enquiries on the spot

- Liaise closely with all relevant internal party to solve complex issues

- Monitoring the whole client on boarding process

- Guidance for junior staff and work closely with the team head on monthly performance

- Follow up with any documentation and confirmation matters

Requirements for client services position but not limited to

- 3+ years within client services or operation within the investment banking function

- A strong understanding and collaborative attitude to other business units within the bank

- Analytical and creative to solve complex issues

- Ability to motivate and excel in a professional client servicing environment

- Strong English communication a must, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Ability to work long works if required

- Cross product knowledge, Commodity and derivatives are preferred
