The 'Client Services Assistant Manager' role is to support the Relationship Credit and Relationship Management teams and is responsible for a dedicated portfolio of Corporate Commercial clients, acting as the main point of contact for facility management and collateral management related matters. This role is also accountable for the broader Lending Operations activities to the Relationship Team.
Skills, Knowledge Experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships
- Strong Corporate Commercial banking customer focus, understanding their expectations and meeting their needs
- Understanding and managing operational risk, with exposure to legal documentation
- Excellent numeracy, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret Financial Statements
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge of banking systems
- Industry based knowledge of Segments e.g. Property, Diversified Industrial.
