Manager, Technical Accounting- Pre IPO Media/Advertising Company

Reporting to the Director of Technical Accounting, the Manager will:

• Assist in the preparation of the financial statements of the Company's subsidiaries for accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, as applicable

• Support the development, implementation, and documentation of the reporting and external financial disclosure requirements and related processes for the principal financial statements

• Assist with ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the Financial Reporting process

• Perform accounting research related to technical accounting issues on a variety of subjects, including, but not limited to: acquisitions and related goodwill and intangibles impairment assessments, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, credit facilities, etc. and aid in the preparation of memorandums and related work papers and specific calculations related to the above

• Stay current on the latest accounting pronouncements and understand their impact on the Company's financial statements. Proactively raise and discuss issues with the Director

• Assist in establishing the Company's accounting policies and ensure compliance with those policies

• Assist in the preparation of the Company's SEC filings (including the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and Proxy)

• Support enhancement efforts to ensure and/or improve data integrity, accuracy, and process efficiency

• Perform the computation of stock-based compensation expenses for equity awards

• Aid in the preparation of quarterly and annual equity schedules such EPS, antidilutive and equity rollforward, etc.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, Certified Public Accountant preferred, 5-7 years of experience in progressive accounting positions in public accounting, Big 4 preferred

• Previous experience performing or auditing financial reporting and compliance activities in a public company

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting regulations, financial statement preparation and review, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

• Ability to research complex accounting issues and understand their impact on the Company

• Ability to independently research and resolve problems

• Technical proficiency with US GAAP
