This position is structured to provide integral support and optimum service to our clients and Frontline processing team. This involves liaising with customers directly to assist them with the establishment and maintenance of our client's debt requirements and providing accurate and efficient processing of debt products such as cash advances and bank guarantees. You will also assist with maintaining client information on the system to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

The primary job responsibilities will be reviewing, interpreting and actioning approved Bank/ Customer Facility based Debt Product Lending documentation and liaising with relevant stakeholders. You will ensure action items are completed in a timely and efficient manner always ensuring integrity and compliance with regulatory and group policy requirements and that customer needs are met.
