The Senior Manager Loyalty is focused on managing existing cards loyalty programs at ANZ, to define and develop new programs and value propositions, and to provide thought leadership on loyalty. This role works alongside the product management businesses to drive growth and customer engagement. It also collaborates with ANZ teams in New Zealand and Asia Pacific on loyalty proposition development and management. A significant amount of change is occurring in the loyalty space as a result of both the impact of digital channels and new entrants. This role plays an important part in defining how we respond to these changes.

To secure this role you must be able to influence, collaborate and manage through others with ease. It is expected that you have experience in loyalty management and a proven track record in leading and developing a high performance team. Also important is for you to have strong customer focus and with the ability to think strategically and adopt a wide-angled lens.
